Nice article! I always liked the Karma, but it seemed too conceptual to really be mainstream, especially compared to Tesla. On an unrelated note, there’s probably another Lexus coming to the garage on Saturday!

I too have always loved the Karma. I was wondering what changes are in the new Revero, so I googled it. One of the first reviews I found was in Bloomberg. The guy hated the looks and was obviously determined to not find a single thing to like in the car. He said it put him in a bad mood, and then proceeded to crab and bitch I’m great detail. Go figure.
Anyway, it seems like Karma didn’t really change anything. I can’t find where they improved the battery tech, the engine, electronics, anything. They’re just selling a 2011 car in 2018. It’s a shame because such a cool design deserves more effort to make it competitive in the luxury market.

Yeah I’m hoping it’s not the same thing. I don’t know how that crabby old man let that thing put him in a bad mood. It’s so pretty and really drives nice...

One owner 2005 LS430 Custom Luxury, Flint Mica over Semi-Aniline Black with the 5 spoke 19 inch rims. Super excited.

That’s the same color as my parents RX400h. Also close to my ISF. That’ll be an awesome car!

Probably drives an Altima. Going back that would make anybody crabby.

This is why journalists must have at least one nice car. It gives them a benchmark per sae. For me it’s the ISF and LS400. A sports car and a luxury barge.
